• Exceptional computer and communication skills.
• A self starter who is outgoing and works well with people.
• Knowledge of farming practices.
• Ability to understand guidelines and keep updated on programs.
• Willingness to put the time in that is required to develop sales areas and educate themselves with policies and procedures.
• Ability to be able to use and follow all materials and support products.
• Be able to keep all information required to complete a deal from start to finish.
• Assist sales group plan promotions, and events.
